Important Drop - off and Pick - up Information

Please take a moment to review these procedures with any family members who may be responsible for pick-ups or drop-offs. (Links to specific building procedures are included below.) It's important to allow yourself extra time during drop-off and pick-up to ensure the safety of all community members.

Drop-Off:
Preschool staff will help your child out of the car and into the building. For safety, please wait for a staff member before your child exits the vehicle. Use the car line only—please don’t park and walk your child up.

Pick-Up:
Enter from Elm into the car line. Have your Kid Account card and photo ID ready. Students are loaded into four cars at a time. Once loaded, cars will loop through the lot and exit onto Elm.
Staff cannot buckle children—if needed, pull into a parking spot to buckle them before exiting.

What is a Kid Account card used for?

During online registration, parents/guardians will designate individuals who are authorized to pick up their student from school.

To ensure student safety, the following will be required when picking up a child in the car line:

  • The student’s Kid Account card, and

  • A photo ID matching an approved contact listed in the student’s records

Individuals who are not listed as approved contacts will not be permitted to pick up students.

Thank you for helping us keep our students safe!
