New Student Enrollment

Following your student’s acceptance into the Marshfield Early Learning Center, a few additional steps are needed to complete enrollment.

You will receive an email with a link to complete your student’s online registration. In addition, you must submit the following documents:

  • A complete immunization record

  • Birth certificate

  • Proof of residency (additional information below)

These documents can be emailed to: enrollment@mjays.us

Once enrollment is complete, a staff member from the Early Learning Center will contact you directly with information about your student’s first day.

✔ GAS BILL
✔ CABLE/HOME INTERNET BILL
✔ TRASH BILL
✔ PROPANE BILL
✔ ELECTRIC BILL
✔ LANDLINE TELEPHONE BILL
✔ MORTGAGE BILL OR CURRENT LEASE
(Lease must show residency on or before the 1st day of school)

** All bills must be current (within 30 days), in your name, for the household address
